Who operates this website

Dejima Group operates Eleven Samurai Private. For privacy questions, access, correction or deletion requests, contact privacy@thedejima.com.

Account and introduction information

When you sign in with Google or GitHub, the provider supplies an account identifier, name and available contact email. We save your account and a staff follow-up entry before any optional questions. We also save preferences or introduction details you choose to submit, your acknowledgement of this notice, and necessary security/activity records.

We use this information to maintain your account, respond to your request and arrange human-assisted setup. Registration does not connect your calendar, inbox, files or model accounts. We do not collect provider passwords or retain sign-in provider access tokens after identity verification.

Access and hosting

Authorized Dejima Group staff can review account and introduction details to follow up. Heroku hosts the website and database; Google and GitHub process their respective sign-in flows under their own policies. Necessary cookies maintain sign-in, prevent request forgery and preserve your chosen collection. No advertising or analytics cookies are used in this release.

Retention and your choices

We delete unconverted inquiries after 90 days without further contact. Contact privacy@thedejima.com to request correction or deletion of your account or inquiry.

You can edit saved account preferences when signed in. Contact us to request access or deletion; we may verify account ownership before making changes. Service follow-up does not enroll you in marketing emails.

Illustrative chat and voice

The website's example chat is scripted and stays in the page. It is not a live support agent. The optional greeting uses your browser's speech service; processing depends on your browser. It does not use your microphone. Ordinary hosting access logs may be processed.

Your future personal assistant

Personal assistant memories, connectors and permissions will have a separate setup process. Residence and Presence host agent and memory at home while using cloud inference. Sovereign adds compatible local inference with explicit routing choices. Messaging and other connected services still involve their providers. No absolute-privacy guarantee is made by this concept.
